Our Comprehensive Support Model

Tauondi takes a holistic approach to pre-employment training. We handle every step of the process, from recruiting Aboriginal candidates and providing pre-employment training through our Skill Up program to engaging a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for accredited training. Tauondi also offers wrap-around support services, ensuring each participant has access to the guidance and resources needed for success. Once training is complete, we assist candidates in securing traineeship opportunities by coordinating with employers, Australian Apprenticeship Support Networks (AASNs), employment service providers, and RTOs.

Ongoing Support for Aboriginal Job Seekers

Beyond training, Tauondi maintains a comprehensive database of Aboriginal job seekers, documenting their readiness for employment and preferred industries. This database allows us to connect job seekers with relevant opportunities and provide them with targeted support throughout the employment process. Our wrap-around services continue to support job seekers at every stage, ensuring they feel confident and prepared as they transition into the workforce.
