What We Offer
Tauondi’s Employment Services are tailored to address the unique challenges Aboriginal job seekers may face and include:
- Job Matching and Placement: We connect job seekers with employment opportunities that match their skills, experience, and career interests, facilitating meaningful employment placements with local industries and organisations.
- Industry-Specific Training: In partnership with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), we offer tailored training that equips participants with the specific skills and qualifications needed in high-demand sectors.
- Career Counselling and Planning: Our team provides one-on-one career counselling, helping job seekers set realistic goals, plan career pathways, and explore opportunities for advancement.
- Application and Interview Assistance: We assist in developing professional resumes and tailored job applications, as well as provide interview coaching to help participants succeed in job interviews confidently.
- Work Readiness Programs: We offer specialised pre-employment programs, such as the “Skill Up” program, which prepares participants with essential workplace skills, including communication, teamwork, and job-specific technical skills.
- Ongoing Job Support: Our support doesn’t end when participants find a job. We continue to offer wrap-around services, including guidance on workplace challenges, advice on career progression, and resources to help maintain employment.
